Our cancellation policy exists not to be restrictive, but to ensure fairness, respect, and the ability to serve all our clients with the attention they deserve.

We value your time and strive to provide the best service to all of our clients. To ensure fair scheduling and availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee.
Less Than 24 Hour Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Less Than 1 Hour Notice / No-Show
Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a $50 fee.

How to Avoid Cancellation Fees
It's simple! Here's how to make sure you never have to worry about our policy:
1. Book When You're Committed
Only book appointments when you're genuinely ready to prioritize your self-care and can realistically make it.
2. Mark It in Your Calendar
Add your appointment to your phone, planner, or calendar with a reminder a day or two before.
3. Give 24 Hours' Notice if Plans Change
If something comes up, let me know as soon as possible. A simple text or call goes a long way.
4. Reschedule Instead of Cancel
If you need to move your appointment, we can often reschedule right away. This keeps your spot reserved and shows respect for the process.
5. Communicate
Life is unpredictable. If you're struggling to keep appointments, let's talk about it. Maybe we can find a time that works better, or discuss what's getting in the way.
